Visa Types

• Tourist Visa – Valid for 30 days (extendable for another 30 days)
• Business Visa – For meetings, conferences, and business purposes
• Social Visa – For visiting friends/family (extendable up to 4 times)
• Student Visa – For study purposes
• Visa on Arrival (VoA) – Currently suspended for Bangladeshi passport holders

📄 General Required Documents

The following documents are mandatory for all applicants:

• Completed Visa Application Form (signed by applicant)
• Passport (minimum 6 months validity with at least 2 blank pages)
• All previous passports (if any)
• 2 recent passport-size photographs (4×6 cm, white background)
• Travel Insurance (including medical coverage)
• Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
• Statement Letter confirming compliance with Covid protocols
• Marriage / Divorce / Death Certificate (if applicable)
• Visa Request Letter (mentioning purpose of travel and expense responsibility)

💰 Financial Documents

• Last 3 months Bank Statement (original, with bank seal & signature)
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Minimum balance requirement: USD $2000 per person

🧳 Travel Documents

• Return Air Ticket Booking Copy
• Hotel Reservation / Accommodation Proof

👨‍💼 Occupation-wise Required Documents

🔹 Business Person

• Updated Trade License
• Business Agreement / Deed
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum of Articles
• Form 12
• VAT / IRC / LC Copy
• Membership Certificate (if any)
• 2 Copies of Business Card

🔹 Employee

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer
• Salary Certificate / Pay Slips
• Company Cover Letter
• Visiting Card (2 copies)
• For government employees: GO & Note Verbal

🔹 Student

• Student ID Copy
• Leave Letter from School/College
• Permission Letter from Institution

🔹 Retired Person

• Retirement Documents

🌍 Overseas Documents (For Business Visit)

• Invitation Letter from Indonesian Company
• Conference Registration (if applicable)

📝 Visa Application Process

1. Fill out the application form
2. Prepare all required documents
3. Submit application (by applicant or authorized agent)
4. Pay visa fees
5. Processing time: 5–7 working days
6. Receive visa sticker on passport

💳 Visa Fees

• Normal Processing: BDT 10,500 + Pay Order Charge
• Express Processing: BDT 15,500 + Pay Order Charge
• Service Charge: BDT 3,000 per applicant

⚠️ Important Notes

• Bali tourist tax: approx. USD $10 (IDR 150,000) per person
• Batam travel requires Business / Family Visit / Singapore visa
• Overstaying will result in penalties
• All Bangla documents must be translated into English and notarized
