Airport Meet & Greet
A friendly helper meets you at the airport and takes you through check-in, immigration and baggage, ideal for elderly parents, first-time flyers and women travelling with children.
Airports can be stressful, long queues, forms, gate changes and heavy bags. With our Meet & Greet service a helper looks after you (or your parents, children or guests) from the moment they arrive at the airport.
Who it is for
- Elderly parents and relatives travelling alone
- First-time flyers who are not sure where to go or what to do at the airport, and Umrah pilgrims
- Women travelling alone with small children, and families with lots of luggage
- Business travellers and VIP guests who want a smooth, quick airport
- Passengers who need a wheelchair or extra help (tell us in advance)
What we can arrange
- Departure: meeting at the terminal, help with check-in and baggage, guidance through immigration and security up to the boarding area where allowed.
- Arrival: meeting as you come off the flight or at the arrival hall, help with immigration, baggage and customs, and a hand-over to your family or car.
- Transit: help with connecting flights at many airports abroad.
- Add-ons: airport pick-up or drop-off car, porter, wheelchair and lounge access.
Where
At Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, and, through our partners, at many airports abroad, such as Dubai, Jeddah, Madinah, Doha, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Singapore. Exactly what the helper can do depends on each airport's rules.
How to book
Send us the passenger's name, flight number, date and airport using the form on this page or on WhatsApp, ideally at least 48 hours before the flight. We will confirm the price and the helper's contact details.
