- 1. A valid passport (with a 7 month validity on the date of the application) & all previous passports
- 2. Recent Photo 2 Copies (35x45mm Size, White Background, Matte finish, No Border)
- 3. Travel History (All visited countries visa & immigration seal). & e-Visa Copies of any other countries (If Any)
- 4. Last 6 months bank statement and solvency certificate (Must have Bank Seal & Signature)
- 5.NID Card Photocopy (Both Side). Birth Certificate Photocopy (Only for Child & Infant)
- 6. Proof of profession (NOC / trade license / student ID)
- 7. Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse is sponsoring or travelling with him/her)
- 8.Tax Related all Papers (TIN, 01 Year Income Tax Certificate & Acknowledgement Slip)
Government employees: please carry your approved leave order (GO or NOC) from your office. Without it, immigration may stop you at the airport and you may have to come back home.
